Hotel 3K Madrid - Lisbon

We chowed down on some epic burgers at the Hamburgueria do Chef, just a short stroll away. The location was spot on-only a 10-minute saunter to get to Marquês de Pombal Square. Plus, the staff had a genuine friendliness.

The room smelled damp-total buzzkill after a long flight. Called reception for a room switch, but no dice. A bit of mold in the bathroom and some broken amenities like a dead fridge and non-working hairdryer didn't help either. Customer service was slower than a Sunday stroll.

Exceptionally clean and recently refurbished hotel with knowledgeable staff, perfectly pleasant experience. Good food, well-appointed and high standard room with shower and views---the view and balconies. Quiet atmosphere and modern decor.

The food is good and fab.

Consider bringing a travel kettle, as the room's kettle was old and not clean, making it unusable.

The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the Marquês de Pombal metro. My room was quite spacious with a king-size bed and a large cupboard. Enjoyed having an electronic safe and a fridge stocked with drinks (though they are chargeable). Housekeeping kept my room clean every day, which I appreciated. The rooftop terrace with a small swimming pool was a nice spot to unwind, but it can fill up quickly, so arrive early if you want to enjoy it. Some issues arose . The air conditioning unit was noisy and sometimes ineffective. I encountered a lack of towels at times, and the breakfast options felt overpriced for what was offered. Still, the staff were friendly and provided helpful directions when needed.

The staff helped me in procedures that I needed to get the Schengen Visa.I Also found the staff very helpful when I asked for suggestions and recommendations of places to visit or restaurants to go to. They helped me in understanding how to use the public transportation system to get to my destinations easily.

The rooms turned out to be air conditioned and new-fashioned with a single bed, minibar and balcony...

Great location, but needs improvements

The hotel is ideally located near multiple metro stations, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The room was spacious.

The pool area was disappointingly small, more like an oversized bathtub, and I faced issues with the air conditioning. The breakfast options were basic and lacking variety.

They had complementary water and fruit at the front. Nice touch but complementary coffee or even a coffee bar instead of a liquor bar would have been better.

The central location. Excellent value for the rate. Helpfulness & friendliness of the staff. Have stayed previously.

Holes in the towels & a rip in the bedsheet

The hotel was tidy and the breakfast was decent, although nothing special. I was disappointed by the pool's small size – more like a big bathtub than a swimming area! Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Ideal location within walking distance of a lot of sights, really helpful staff, everything was very good. The breakfast was nice hot with awesome Croissants, reasonably priced.

Hotel staff were pleasant, room was perfectly clear, breakfast was excellent.
